Individual Therapy

  • I provide individual therapy for a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, trauma, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness techniques.
