More About Me *

As a Black woman who is the daughter of an immigrant, empowerment is at the heart of who I am. I place a strong emphasis on unlearning the harmful stereotypes that society often reinforces. I deeply believe in embracing who you are becoming while honoring parts of where you come from, which is a balance that fosters true, healthy individuation.

Throughout my life, I’ve made it a point to seek understanding in the things I don’t yet know. That curiosity speaks to my inquisitive and open-minded nature. I don’t believe in following what’s considered “normal” just because it’s easier for others. (After all, who decides what normal even is?) Judgment has never healed anyone, and shame has never solved a thing.

My goal is to help others discover what truly works for them, what makes them shine, what fuels their fire, and what may be holding them back. Together, we can release feelings of shame and help you to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
